SOLPI is a computer vision company focused on the sales of computer vision products and development of machine vision solutions in fields such as: hyperspectral imaging, 2D image processing, 3D laser triangulation and camera control.

As a part of the current growth in our activities, we are looking for a bilingual English/Spanish Office Administrator with proven experience in administrative tasks seeking for a professional career in an international team.


Main Tasks:

  • Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
  • Process orders from national and international customers
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders to international suppliers when necessary
  • Handling shipments and paperwork required according the orders processed
  • Ensure the payment of the invoices according the payment conditions agreed
  • Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
  • Sporadic support on the sales activities for booking of hotels, flights and exhibitions
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)



  • Excellent English (C1 or higher) with knowledge of Spanish
  • Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software
  • Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage
  • High school diploma; BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred
